SAMPLE REPORT — NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY
A sample AI Visibility Audit report.
This is the exact format a paying client receives — filled with our own numbers, not a client's.
The data below is ExoScrum's own Wave 1 self-audit, run 17–18 October 2026: 11 buyer prompts on ChatGPT, published in full on our scorecard. No client data is used here, and no result is invented. A client report uses the same sections, with that client's prompts, competitors, and fix list.
01. Headline scores
0/11
prompts where ChatGPT mentioned ExoScrum.
0/11
prompts where exoscrum.com was cited.
0/11
prompts where the reader was told to contact us.
Mention, citation, and recommendation are scored separately in every report. A mention means the business came up. A citation means the AI sent someone to it. A recommendation means it told the buyer to call. Each one is a different problem to fix.
02. The prompt battery, in full
A client report publishes every question asked, so the report can be checked. Here is ours — 25–40 prompts for a client, 11 for our own wave:

03. Share of voice vs competitors
In a client report, this section puts the client's mention and citation rates side by side with three local competitors, per engine. For our own wave, the leaders were:
04. Cited sources and technical foundation
A client report lists every URL the engines cited, ranked by frequency — it usually shows why a competitor wins. In our wave, exoscrum.com was cited zero times, so there is no citation list to show; that absence is itself the finding.
The technical foundation a client report checks: search-crawler access (OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot), LocalBusiness and FAQ schema validity, llms.txt, indexing, and whether content is structured so answers can quote it. As of October 2026, exoscrum.com allows all AI crawlers, publishes llms.txt, and carries a 13-URL sitemap; the homepage is indexed in Google Search Console.
05. The ranked fix list — what we actually did
A client report orders every fix by how many buyer questions it moves, each with an owner and a date. Here is what followed from our own zero, in the order we applied it:
Verify the Google Business Profile
The profile is the entity AI engines check first. Ours was verified 27 October 2026.
Publish llms.txt and schema
Machine-readable business facts, Organization schema, and service pages that state prices and service area plainly.
Add location pages
Carleton Place and Lanark County pages, each with unique content, so town-named questions have a page to land on.
Collect real reviews
Rated 5.0 from 2 Google reviews — the only testimonials used on this site, under the reviewers' real names.
Re-run monthly
Wave 2 shows whether the fixes moved the numbers. Every wave is published on the scorecard, good or ugly.
